I have set up an automation email series and when I add a new contact to the list I selected, it doesn't send the email to the contact. Did I miss selecting something or is there something else I need to do on my end?
Hello @BSkluz ,
Was the contact already in the list? Is the automation setup as a list-join? Is there an explicit delay step between the trigger and the first email step?
No, I added the contact and then selected them to the list. Not sure what the list-join is? I don't beleive I added a delayed trigger for the first email step.
List-join is a type of trigger. Please check the type of trigger you have for your automation, and check the other troubleshooting information I asked about. Otherwise, please call our general support for live troubleshooting.
