To add the new step I have no option but to wait for some days or hours. Is it a limitation of Constant Contact or a restriction of my subscription?

The options for time delays on automated series steps are a number you set for either hours, days, or weeks, or to send immediately. I confirmed this shows in your account as expected. When setting up the delay for your initial automation step after the trigger, you should see this:
For all steps afterwards, this will show:

Thanks. I knew that I am looking for another option but to delay or immediately. Like "if click then", " if open then" and so on.
