Average industry rates vs industries available in business profile

On this page there is a table of "business types" with average rates: Average industry rates for email as of January 2022

The Business types listed on this table do not correspond with the industries that you can choose in your business profile.

I am trying to determine which business type my chosen industry would fall under. Does anyone know whether: the business types in the table are categories under which all the available industries fit? Or is this a small subset of the industries you can choose?

Many thanks.

Hi @HistoryCenter ,

Currently, the average industry rates are, as you said, a small subset of what we allow when you choose your business type. The industry average on your Reporting page does update to be more accurate than the one in the Knowledge Base article you are referring to. It's possible that your industry is not included on the article at all. I would recommend going off of the industry average rate that you are able to see on the reporting page for each of your campaigns.
