How can one enable our readers to read more than the first page of a four-page PDF without clicking/downloading?

If you're wanting all of your PDF's page images displayed within the email, you'd need to import those images and include them in the email. PDF pages can be converted into images via conversion sites on the internet, or sometimes within the original program that created them. With that said, I wouldn't recommend having an email that's only the images.
PDFs aren't embedded into emails, and due to size restrictions combined with mass-emailing security / anti-spam industry standards, we also don't include them as attachments. If you want your full PDF accessible, including links, it'd be best to link the document within your email.
