I'm trying to locate the CASL template referenced in this article: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5923-canadian-anti-spam-legislation... A search in the Templates brings back no results.
Solved! Go to Solution.
We'll make note to our devs that the search terms aren't populating it in the newer templates selection screen. That said, the template is available in your account. Navigate to the template selection screen by Creating a new email, then scroll down alphabetically to the C's. It should be one of the first C-named templates, labelled as "CASL Permission"
Update: One of our Tier 2 agents is going to do a little more digging into this, and get a service request written up. They should be reaching out via email within the next 1-2 business days with an update regarding their investigation.
The issue has been resolved, and the CASL Permissions template can be searched in the Create Campaign template selection screen.
Hello @KTH8 ,
So when you search your templates absolutely nothing comes back for either "CASL" or "Permission?"
No. I also searched for Spam and Canada and all come back with the No template found, "Oops, try something else" message.
