Campaign failed to send

Has anyone scheduled a campaign and it did not send? Could a poor internet connection cause this?

Hello @KathyO53 ,

If there was a poor connection at the time of scheduling/sending the email, it could result in your input / actions taken not communicating with our servers. Did the email say it was scheduled when you checked on it before the sendout date? Were you redirected to its reporting / details page after scheduling it, as is the expected behavior? I’m seeing an email that was sent last night, is that the one you’re referring to?
