Hi! We had a Custom Footer created. However, we have recently changed our logo - HOW do I update the logo in our template?

Certainly! Any changes to a custom footer would need to be completed by our technical department. To do this, you will want to give our support team a call at 866-289-2101 and let them know you needed to change an image in your custom footer. They should be able to reach out to our technical department to have them fix that for you.
