Constant Contact Not Sending Out Emails

I had a campaign ready to go today. When I sent out a test email it did not reach my inbox. Later I launched the campaign anyway, but although I received a notice that the campaign was active, it appears that emails to my list have not actually been sent. Any idea what might be happening or how to fix?
