Aw, no one left a comment on my last Constant Tips soliciting feedback for future content ideas. That's okay, though. It's not going anywhere!
All right, the title is a bit broad but what it really comes down to is being aware of your "online presence" and how to cross-pollinate your audience. Maybe you tend to engage more through email, but your contacts are just as likely to be on the same social media platforms as you and you could be growing your social media following by making sure your contacts know you are there! Sure, you might see it as double-dipping, but I see it as hedging your bets. Emails can sometimes get overlooked, but you have another chance to reach them if you also shared your email on social media.
Plus, you can encourage your audience to do the heavy lifting for you by including a social share block in your email, so they can share it with their followers, as well.
Don't forget to add your social media accounts to your email with a Social Follow block, so your contacts can hop right the pages and start engaging there! It works in reverse, too, where you can add a sign-up landing page to your social media profiles to get more contacts subscribed.
At the end of the day, we want as many eyeballs on our stuff as we can get so make it clear where your audience can find you and accessible for them to start following or subscribing to you.
