Contact Level Reporting

Here's what we're looking for: The campaign reporting permits the export of contact-level responses, but it seems to only allow that one metric at a time (sent, opened, clicked -- separate exports). It is possible to get a contact-level export (report) for each campaign with: a. Contact details (name, etc.) (multiple fields) b. Campaign and list identifiers (multiple fields) c. Sent date d. Opened date e. Clicked date >> all on the same report? Other details: We have a Constant Contact Essentials Plan subscription. We do not have (at this time) any way to use the API.

Hello @UnitedWaySWPA3568 ,

Since there can be vast differences between contacts and their actions, the system isn't currently equipped to compile this info into a single CSV file, especially for potentially thousands of contacts in a single email sendout.

Each email has their individual opens, clicks, bounce, etc. drilldowns that can be exported on their own. You can export several campaigns' general reports (open rates, click rates, bounce rates, etc.)c without contact info, from the Reporting tab.

For voting and voicing use cases for the development of such a feature in the future, I'd recommend checking out this Feedback thread.
