Can one contact be on two different lists? If so, how do I make new list with selected contacts from existing lists - copy & paste?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello @WilliamVH ,
Contacts can exist on as many lists as you'd like, a unique email address is what denotes an individual contact for the sake of sending and billing purposes. When looking at your original list or the full contact overview, simply select the contacts you want to copy over (or click the top checkmark box to select-all), then click the Actions dropdown menu at the top. Select Add to list, select the list you want to move them to or create it, then confirm.
