Create an image from a PDF while uploading to the Library

When I upload the pdf it doesn't show the first page to add to the email. Can someone help, l go through this every month when I try to upload this newsletter.

Hi @user266931. I'm sorry you're experiencing this. While we've seen some instances of this happening, there isn't a common cause we can discover as it depends on the file creation or the contents of the file such as images or colors. You can try to resize or flatten the PDF in a program outside of Constant Contact or save it as an image on your computer and then upload it as an image.
