Creating a subscription option for each category

Hello, I want to create the option for people to automatically get email notifications when a post is done under a certain category. Is there a way I can do this and post in on each blog using constant contact?

There's nothing in our system for setting up automated blog post notification emails. Some degree of manual creation of the emails and scheduling for each post would need to be done.
