Creating a website

So I need some help. I have access to a website already created for one of my businesses, but I need help creating another for my second business and CC to be my CRM for both, I just dont know how to do so. Is the the right platform for website hosting or should I look for another? I’m new here and learning all these terms.

We don't host websites, so if you're needing a website built I'd recommend doing an internet search to see what platforms people recommend for that purpose.

 

While we can be utilized as a CRM, the main purpose of our contacts system is so you can easily identify and manage contacts and their base information (names, addresses, etc.), while being able to communicate with them via bulk email and SMS sendouts.

I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email. When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.

 

Our Community also has resources under the Get Inspired and Learn & Grow tabs at the top, particularly for the Expert Advice page and Onboarding Hub pages.

 

Otherwise, our Knowledge Base has articles available for all the different tools in our system, with written instructions, visual aids, video tutorials, and common troubleshooting steps as well. The KB is also available via the Help tab in your account, in the top navigation bar.
