Hello,
We sometimes have customers that have multiple email addresses and when we try importing them we receive an error as there is usually a comma separating the 2 email addresses.
Please advise if there is a solution to this that is being worked on.
Thanks

Hello @kathawa4 ,
Email addresses are what denotes a unique contact for the purposes of sending, list management, billing, and anti-spam compliance.
If you have people with multiple email addresses in your contact list, you'll need to have them separated individually, based on email address.

Perhaps Constant Contact should have a way of creating unique fields for each specific email address to save users time from having to format the excel sheet every time lists are updated.

The only way to make the unique contacts system work is to have the default Email Address column be the one that accepts email addresses. That can only work to denote unique email addresses, if there's only one address in the cell.
