Deleted Contacts not reflecting in total contacts.

I deleted contacts that the emails had not been delivered to. Total contacts still continues to show the same number. Not sure how to go about it, can anyone help?

Hello @SeemaM85 ,

 

Based on your import/export activity, all you did was delete lists - you didn't actually delete any contacts. Remember when deleting lists, if you select the option to delete lists and the contacts within, we warn that any contacts on other lists will not be deleted with the selected list. I'd advise following along with our article on deleting contacts, if you need step-by-step and visual guidance on doing so.
