Email Automation Steps Limit

I am trying to set up a 40-day email automation, but I just realized that 31 is the limit on the steps. Is there any way to simply trigger a second automation for the last 9 emails?

Hello @TheBWA ,

You'd either need to:

  • add contacts to a different list after they've completed the first 31-step automation path, set as the trigger for the 9-step automation.
  • have the 9-step automation set for the same trigger, and set the initial delay to occur after the 31st email would be sent out (aka set it with a 31-day delay).
