Hi. We have noticed that the dynamic syncing between DonorPerfect and Constant Contact might be disabled and we want to correct this. Is our DonorPerfect dynamic list no longer importing to Constant Contact? Can you help? Thanks.

I apologize about that! If you believe the DonorPerfect integration might be disabled, I would advise clicking on your Integrations tab at the top of your Constant Contact screen, searching for DonorPerfect, and attempting to reconnect that integration. For questions beyond that, the integration is actually created by DonorPerfect, so if you needed assistance with that integration, I would recommend reaching out to them directly at 215.628.4343.
