When I send an email blast, some of the recipients only receive the background color but no text. Most of the people receive the complete email. What should the people who are only receiving the background color do to receive the entire email?

Hi @DelrayElk. I saw you connected with our Support team after posting here in the Community. It's possible this is a setting that will need to be addressed on the recipient end by enabling automatic image downloads in their email client.
I also saw your campaigns consist of one large image. We recommend avoiding image-only emails as email clients can block images (as we're seeing here) or even mark your emails as spam. I would suggest creating emails that contain text and images.
