We are in need of cleaning up our 20K+ contact list. Is there a report I can run to show which accounts haven't interacted with our emails for a given period? Whether open, click-through, etc?

Hello @MiamiHabitat ,

I'd recommend using the segmentation system to find the contacts who've chronically not opened emails. Most customers for these purposes will set the criteria for Contact Activity > Did Not Open and then select a time range. Once the segmentation is created you can add those contacts to a list.

You may want to check when the contacts were uploaded (Date Added list view, most recent at the top), as the report will likely grab some very recent additions if you haven't sent a lot of emails to them since they were added. You can remove the recently added (up to you what "recent" entails) contacts by selecting them, going to manage lists, and then removing from the deletion list. Once you feel confident that the deletion list only contains contacts that are just taking up space, you can select them all and delete them. This will ensure they're also removed from other lists they were a part of.
