Entering custom code and then switching to the regular editor?

I am migrating from a competitor. I want the newsletter to look as close as possible to the previous newsletter. I was able to copy the html code of a recent newsletter on the other platform and import into the Custom Code email creator. However, I am not able to use code nor are my colleagues. Is there a way to access this format in the normal email editor after it's added to custom code?

Hello @SusanneODay ,

Unfortunately, the coding used in the standard email is confidential and cannot be accessed or altered currently. Your options are to either continue using the specialized code editor or recreate the template using the standard editor.

Bummer. It's going to take forever to recreate it when it's already all right there.
