Some people trying to register for our event are getting a message "Your session has expired" or the link is stuck at "Verifying". Others are registering with no problem. How can I help them?

Are they using a VPN, ad/pop-up blocker, or anything else that might be messing with their connection to the registration page? Are they taking more than 25 minutes to fill out the registration? Does the issue persist on multiple browsers, or in incognito/private browsing mode for them?
