We already use Constant Contact to send emails to customers. We also use to send SMS messages to the same customers. If we use Constant Contact SMS messages, can we simply add in the cell numbers and start texting or will customers need to opt-in to receive SMS messages?

Hello @ALMDA ,
Per our SMS compliance, you do need to provide a permission granted date for SMS contacts. Generally speaking, you should have to provide at least an opt-in date for any SMS service being utilized. If you already have that for your SMS contacts in your current SMS service, then there shouldn't be any issues importing them over to our service. If you don't have those dates maintained, then you'd either need to have them opt-in again, or you wouldn't be able to use our SMS.
