Hi, when we send an email to a certain list and want to forward that email to certain people certain images and icons are not showing up when forwarding the email. Is there a certain reason this may be happening?

Hello @AnyseS9 ,
When an email is forwarded, the email program doing the forwarding takes the code, adds extra elements on top of the HTML provided (such as indenting and causing layout disruption), and then sends it directly through its own system. Due to this, we have no control or way to mitigate any potential alterations caused the forwarding.
That said, have you checked the forwarded side to see if the receiving email programs simply need to be prompted to show/download the images first?
