Guidelines for using SMS marketing through Constant Contact

I am a federally licensed gun shop. Am I banned from advertising sms?

Since guns fall under SHAFT restrictions, you wouldn't be able to use the SMS service. Please see our guidelines on using SMS or CITA's handbook for more info.
