How can I import contacts from ? allows this and it is easily done, but ConstantContact does not have any way to do this I can find. Must I add them one-at-a-time? I do not have them in a CSV file?

There's a process through our API that our phone support can assist with. I'd advise calling them for further assistance. Otherwise, your former email service provider should allow you to export your contacts as CSV files so they can be easily uploaded into your Constant Contact account.
