Does anyone know the actual SIZE of the plug in file?

When downloading the Constant Contact Wordpress Plugin the zipped file is 3.33MB, once unzipped the actual file size is 7.28MB. I have attached the wordpress.org plugin page here for your convenience.

Thank you! I does answer my question, but makes the issue I am having on WP way more confusing. Our website is HUGE...and plugins are clearly not the reason.
