Will our account be charged a platform fee for a free event? If so, how much?

Hello @user771976 ,

 

2.9% platform fees are applied to transactions for event orders (tickets, add-ons, etc.) Platform and transaction fees are automatically taken from the funds deposited in your listed payment method's account, when a registrant submits their order and payment. For more info on platform and transaction fees for events, please see our article on setting up payment methods for events.
