Keep inactive email list with

Is there a way to move email addresses from active lists to a place where they can be referred back to in the future? Engagement history, etc, included.

Hello @CherylS431 ,

You can always add them to another list for contacts you want to isolate, or just remove them from all their lists. You can also use tags as a way to avoid sending them emails while maintaining their list memberships.

Thank you! Is there a way to archive a list so they are excluded from being charged for those contacts?

You'd need to individually set their permissions to temporary hold, or you'd need to unsubscribe / delete them from your account.
