When going to add a link, sometimes the hyperlink autofills with an email address, and then you are unable to change the link. Please work to resolve this glitch. It also autofills the subject line requiring the team to have to go back and change it when scheduling the send.

That wouldn't be something we're doing, based on your description it sounds like your browser is trying to force an autofill for certain typeable sections of the editor. You may want to check your browser settings to see where it's trying to force in an email, or how it handles autofill suggestions.
