Make sure all custom fields are matched on an file upload

During a manual upload the last 9 custom fields I created are always shown as unmatched. The column field names are identical. Why is this? This happens with files with many fields, but also with files with just a few fields.

This will create an issue because I want to automatically upload some of these fields from a form.

Hello @HCA-CA ,

Please call general support so they can securely collect the contact file you're having trouble uploading, and perform live troubleshooting. Otherwise, you can reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response, with your account username and the contact file included so we can try troubleshooting.

The main thing we'd need to make sure of is that the custom field names are absolutely 100% the same as the names in the actual file - including spaces, capitalization, etc.

Regarding the forms, have you tested at all to see if there would be issues? Since you have to specifically add an existing, hard-coded custom field as a fillable option on sign up forms made through us (pop-up, inline, or landing page), that functions much differently from manually typed out Excel cells.
