I have a custom field called County. It shows up in the list of custom fields, but has disappeared from everywhere else. It does not show up if I am trying to export a list or in the backend of gravity forms, where I have the account connected. But the column is still there. It's like this custom field just disappeared. Please help.

Hello @RionH8 ,
We wouldn't have any insight regarding gravity forms as that's something developed and managed outside of our system. If it's a custom field and viewable in your contacts, then it's an element you can include in emails, include as a fillable option in forms created within your Constant Contact account, or export from your Contacts page. I checked your account, and the "county" custom field is available in all of those functionalities. Anything outside of your Constant Contact account, we wouldn't have any insight on.

Hello, I appreciate your response. Apart from Gravity Forms' role, I'm encountering this problem in Constant Contact.
The problem is that when I attempt to export in Constant Contact and choose to export all custom fields, "county" doesn't appear in the exported file. Additionally, it's also not visible when I try to edit criteria in segments.
The only place where the custom field is visible is on the "manage custom fields" page and within the individual contact profiles.
I checked your account again, and yes County is available in those sections. I was able to make a segment with "county" being a custom field selection under contact details. I was able to export your contacts with custom field info checked on, and county was included.
Keep in mind only a single one of your contacts actually has any data entered for the "county" custom field, so you may not be noticing the custom field's inclusion in certain elements because it's blank for your other contacts.
You can go into your account right now and check out the "county test" segment I made, as well as go to your import/export activity page to download the CSV file I generated where county is clearly visible and available as an exportable field. See my earlier comment if you need guidance on where to find these functionalities in your account.
