We already have an account. We were promised a newsletter design free for signing up early. I have sent an email twice about this and am not getting a response. We were promised twice that this would happen by . We do not have a design yet (one month later) and have not received any communication or assistance. We would like to cancel our account if the customer service is going to be this poor.

Hello @ChristyG270 ,
I resubmitted the opp the sales agent tried to when you originally sign up. It should be completed within the next 3-5 business days, depending on the design team's queues.
_______
Once you've received the branded templates in your account (they'll include wording saying we designed them in title), you can begin tweaking it to include other general verbiage you want in every one of your emails. Once you have those final general elements included, you can save it as a reusable template. You can copy from the design each time for your future mailings, or select it from the template selection screen while creating a new email.
I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email. When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.
Our Community also has resources under the Get Help and Resources tabs at the top, particularly for the Expert Advice page and Onboarding Hub pages. Otherwise, our Knowledge Base has articles available for all the different tools in our system, with written instructions, visual aids, video tutorials, and common troubleshooting steps as well.
