I have 240 contacts. I email them all when I send a campaign. Recently I scheduled a campaign to be sent on 8/30/24. My report says that 104 were sent. I have another campaign I want to schedule and send today. But I don't think all the emails will be sent. This is impeding my email distribution. Please advise as asap. Thanks!
Hi @DonaldJ53,
I reviewed your account and it looks like you used A/B Testing on the subject line. When this happens, only a portion of contacts are split between Subject Line A and Subject Line B. When the winning subject line is decided, the remaining contacts who had not received the email will receive the winning subject line, which is what happened in this case. So they did all receive it!
