Hi, all!
I've noticed a significant decline in open rates beginning around April. I know that Yahoo and Gmail rolled out new requirements, and I've ensured our domain is authenticated and compliant so it can't be that. Anyone else experiencing the same or know what might be going on?

Hmmm... I haven't been experiencing that myself, nor any of my clients. How frustrating! How are your bounces? If you haven't cleaned up your "recommended for removal" bounces recently, it would probably be a good idea to look into that.
Here are some tips from CTCT to help improve your open rates.
