Our open and click rate has improved month over month all year. This month our metric fell significantly, more than 50%. This was not a gradual decrease. I am concerned we may have been flagged as spam or some other issue. Is there a way for me to check our email or web score or standing with Constant Contact or via ICANN?

Hey @cdon2460 - there are 2 things that determine the open rate (the percentage, not the number). That is the From email and name, and the subject line.
What are the past 3-4 subject lines and what is the last one?
Has the from email address or name changed?
