One-Time Email to Specific Address

Is there a way to prepare an email in advance, then send it to one person manually? I've been using the Send A Test Email feature, but obviously that's awkward because the email says at the bottom that it's just a test.

You can just put the contact into a list all on their own, and schedule the email to send to that one-contact list, or have it send right away.
