Regarding your account, the Community profile you're replying from is for an actively paid account, and nothing is on the account indicating it will be closed. If the email you received is a legitimate one from us, check the email address / username referred to, as it's most likely referring to an old, expired trial or cancelled account from awhile ago, that you had your email address associated with.
