We have a client who needs an email programmed that can be shared with a couple of their different divisions. Each division needs to be able to edit the email for their specific division. I was wondering if there is a way to import an HTML email and have it editable in the email editor. I can't seem to find anything similar in your documentation.

Hello @DermapureReNue ,
If you want to use HTML for building emails, we have the custom code editor available.
We have a client that we need to program an email for that has multiple locations. We are wondering if there is a way to program the email so that we can create editable email blocks . We have look through your documentation but have not found anything.

Thanks William for the response, but our clients are not really able to edit the HTML themselves. We are wondering if they import the HTML code for the email template. Would they be able to edit specific fields with in the email with out editing the HTML. Similar to some of your other email templates that can just use the email editor.
The HTML of the regular email editor cannot be accessed and edited at all. If your clients are unable to work with HTML coding, then I'd advise looking into becoming a partner of some kind. That way you can just create the base templates in your parent account, then add those to the child accounts for further, unique editing.
