Are you using a sign-up form you've coded into your website? If so, just copy the URL that appears in the address bar. If you need guidance beyond that, I'd advise reaching out to your webmaster or site host support to make sure you're grabbing the correct URL.
If you're using a landing page sign up form, once you've published it a unique URL will have been generated for it. Keep in mind the landing page needs to be active in order for the URL to work.
