Hi, We accidentally added the incorrect Paypal email account to our event set-up. We have since added the correct one, but would like to remove the old one. Is there a way to remove an e-mail address from the Paypal payment option?

Hi @JenniferH1. Once a payment type is set for an event, it cannot be disconnected or updated to a different PayPal account. I'll note this issue on your account.

Hi, Caitlin,
We are not wanting to disconnect a previous Paypal payment type from an event, we are wanting to change the Paypal account associated with our Constant Contact account in general. We have changed organizations, and now have a new Paypal account. How do we go about doing that?

Hello @Center_for_Deep_Green_Faith ,
If you're using PayPal for your subscription payments, your account's owner can update that via the My Account page.
If you're using PayPal to process and collect payments for event regitrations, then you'd just change the associated PayPal account during the creation of the event, before it's active.
