Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If this is the customization that you are referring to, call our support line and one of our support representatives will be able to assist you with this.
If you need further customization of the footer, our custom services team can work with you to make a custom footer. This is not a free service and costs $99. If this is something you are interested in please let us know and I would be happy to have our custom services team get in touch with you regarding this.

This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will.
Any other references to us are required to comply with data privacy and anti-spam laws. These elements, like your organization's physical address and the unsubscribe link, cannot be removed from the footer for those legal reasons.

The "Constant Contact Data Notice" is a legally required element and cannot be removed or altered at this time.
I setup a template, when ever I send an email it shows me the constant contact brand logo in footer. I checked a lot but their is not option to disable it, also the support line is busy for hours. any short cut to hide it.

The logo will still show in coded sign up forms, since your plan type doesn't allow for the logo to be removed from those.

I found this question and somewhat a solution... Remove the Constant Contact logo from campaign footer
What the solution does not indicate is as to why we have to call support to have this block removed, why it is not editable by the user within the interface.
The unanswered question, when to call support? I do not not want this in any of my emails, so is the support call to remove the Constant Contact promotion a global solution?
And the obvious question, do i call before I send the emails to my contacts?
