Revenue reporting?

Hello - I have been looking at my reports and I used to be able to see the revenue generated by my emails? I don't seem to be able to see this information anymore?

Can someone tell me - has this feature changed of am I looking in the wrong place? I have a standard plan.

Hello @NicoleS99 ,

Are you referring to the reporting for integrated stores like Shopify and WooCommerce? ROI and revenue reporting is a Premium plan feature, so if you're grandfathered into an older plan type (Email, Email Plus, Core, or Plus) or you've recently downgraded to Standard or Lite, then this reporting functionality won't be available.

If you're not finding it under your Reporting tab or the individual integration's activity reports, and you believe you should have access to it based on your plan type, then I'd advise calling in so our Tier 2 integrations team can troubleshoot with you live.
