Is it possible to chose 2 recipient lists at the same time when sending out a SMS campaign? Thank you in advance

SMS campaigns can only be scheduled to one list at a time.

One more question- can we bypass the SMS permissions for employees and team members?

No, any customers of ours that upload and send to SMS contacts must have those permissions, as that's the only way to ensure compliance with the service on our company's behalf.
