Good Morning, 


I would like to suggest giving us the flexibility to send non-opener our emails less than 12 hours.

If I send my email campaign at 10:00am we are not able to resend to non-openers until 10:00pm.

This this too late.

For Compliance reasons and as a best practice we generally don't recommend sending the same email to contacts that soon. If you absolutely must resend the exact same email to non-openers that soon after the original sendout, I'd advise making a list from your non-openers, copying the email, and sending the copy to that list.
