Segments not generating correctly

Hi, i contacted support last week about my segments not generating correctly. The issue resolved briefly the next day but seems to be back. I see others having this issue. Can you confirm that support is aware of this issue on our parent and child accounts?

Our devs are aware of an issue with segments not always calculating correctly. If you haven't already, please call general support so they can collect details to submit to devs for further troubleshooting and investigation, including specific contact examples, names of the segments and criteria being utilized, etc.
