Hi, I tried to create a segment using list membership and custom field criteria. No contacts where found by CC but I know there's many contacts that fit the criteria. To test the segment tool, I deleted the custom field criteria and only had "is on list" for one list. Only one contact was pulled Into the segment despite the list having 170+ contacts. Is there a glitch with segments currently? Any advice?

Please call or chat general support to securely provide example contacts for them to cross-reference with your segmentations, and for live troubleshooting on the setup of the segments.
