Hi @user9642. A valid DMARC record was not found in your DNS settings or the DMARC record found does not match what Constant Contact provided you during self-authentication setup. If you’ve already added the DMARC record, the error may be due to a very specific problem with certain DNS providers. Make sure that you have taken the steps outlined in this article. For further assistance, please contact our Delivery team who can look closely at the error.

I spoke with our Delivery team and it might be resolved by adding ".nexinfo.com" to "ctct2._domainkey" on that third field.
Also, make sure there are no spaces at the end of any entries and if it still doesn't work try removing and re-inserting. If it's still not working after that, they recommend reaching out to your DNS provider.
