Hello,
When I schedule the email send, I always check the option "Send me early results" in additional options, available on the sending screen, but I don’t receive these emails.
Do you know how to resolve this?

Depending on how quickly your contacts engage with the email, this will affect the frequency of the early results emails. If you're not receiving them at all despite contacts engaging quickly after sendouts, check your spam / junk folders, or see if the emails are being delivered to a different inbox tab (if applicable) such as Promotions, Updates, etc.

I don’t receive these emails at all, not even in other inbox tabs such as Promotions.
The messages are not going to spam either.
Is there anything I can do to start receiving them?
