We send a monthly E-newsletter to 4 different contact lists in our CC account. Several contacts appear in more than one list. Sales staff for example are included on our sales rep list and also on our customer list. Does this mean that our sales staff receives in this example, duplicate emails?

No, if you send a singular email to multiple lists, and a contact is in more than one of the lists selected, our system will still only send the email once.
